About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager who will lead a team of software and application developers who are responsible for the design, delivery and support of technology solutions across the firm. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Delivery / Development Manager who has first-rate managerial experience; building, mentoring and motivating teams as well as proven ability to understand business requirements and transforming them into appropriate technical solutions. 

The post holder will develop, maintain and extend the firm's internal and external technical environments and will work in collaboration with key stakeholders managing the implementation of innovative solutions in line with project timelines and service level objectives.

Skills & Abilities

You will have worked in a similar role, where you have demonstrable experience of developing staff and building outcome focussed teams.

You will be a visionary.  Have a digital mindset and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to delivering technical solutions whilst always keeping stakeholders informed.

You will have had exposure delivering client centred solutions in modern software engineering environments and have strong knowledge of software development lifecycles methodologies and able to deliver work within timeframes.
