About the role:
You will be a key point of contact for partners and staff across a broad range of business services functions and will represent the KWM brand in a professional and immaculate manner at all times, and therefore your client service ethic and personal presentation will be a key strength.

Greet and engage with clients (predominantly internal) in a highly professional manner.
Seek out opportunities to enhance the client’s KWM and Business Services experience.
Ensure Business Services Concierge desk is ready is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Liaise with external suppliers.
Manage visitor requests.
Perform other duties associated with the various Business Services areas where assigned, including premises, records management and any related tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and enhancement of our client service levels.
Ensure the tenancy is a safe and secure environment for all KWM people, clients and visitors.
Undertake other duties and projects as requested by Business Services Leader or Head of Business Services & Premises.
Key business skills
Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office software
Customer Service experience
Previous experience in Front of House or as a Hotel concierge
Visitor management software experience
Knowledge of legal office/corporate environment
Knowledge of Business Services processes and operations or records management
Knowledge of records management software
Skills & Abilities
Reliability with a demonstrated team focus
Proactive, with an ability to quickly learn and maintain new skills
Exceptional attention to detail with strong time management skills and the ability to multi task
Sound written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with internal and external clients at all levels.
Excellent client service and negotiating skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times.
Ability to work under close supervision or autonomously at times
Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Flexibility to work outside of core business hours if required.
