About the role
We are a small, close-knit, in-house development team. Our primary focus is supporting the business by providing custom development and integration services for off-the-shelf products such as K2 (workflow), Elite 3E (finance) and Intapp Integrate (integrations).
Our team is focused on acquiring and maintaining a high level of expertise in developing and supporting these platforms to support our constantly changing business needs. A strong development background is required for this role but the bespoke platform expertise can be acquired in-house, on the job.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Development and ongoing support of innovative, reliable and robust software applications, business systems, data integration solutions and workflow processes
Collaborating with legal practice teams, supporting business units and technical staff to deliver software solutions for optimum useability and performance by our user community
Completing projects and tasks within agreed criteria and timeframes
Identifying opportunities to exploit existing, new and emerging technologies
Managing the expectations and relationships of our business owners, your colleagues in the development team and your peers in other Technology teams
What experience are we looking for?
Essential Technical experience
4+ years developing .NET and Microsoft related products
Strong working knowledge of software IDEs – e.g. Visual Studio, Code, etc.
Experience with database tools, Microsoft SQL preferred
Experience with web development technologies – e.g. HTML5, CSS, XML, etc.
Working knowledge of web services and protocols – e.g. SOAP, REST
Knowledge of source code management solutions
Experience with task management software such as Jira is desirable but not essential
Experience with K2 (workflow) or Elite 3E (finance) is desirable but not essential
