About you

As a junior Associate for the Corporate & Securities group, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in an achievement orientated and supportive environment. You may be working in a similar commercial law firm, and enjoy the challenge of taking on matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required working with juniors and senior team members.

If you have strong experience in funds, private equity or mergers & acquisitions matters, we would like to hear from you. Excellent analytical and communication skills, and an ability to produce commercially astute advice is required to effectively support clients' needs in this role.

The successful candidate will be admitted in a common law jurisdiction and will be required to obtain admission in Hong Kong in due course.

You will have:

  • 1+ PQE with international firm training
  • Funds experience - PRC funds or private equity experience preferred
  • Solid mergers & acquisitions related work and private equity investments experience;
  • Solid experience in drafting documents and attending negotiations; and
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese essential
