We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic Sydney based Hospitality team. The successful candidate will enjoy being hands on as well as provide operational oversight to lead, inspire and manage the client service floor.
You will enjoy working as part of a professional team and will provide strong leadership and people management, effective operational oversight and commitment to maintaining a consistent exceptional standard of food and service to both our external and internal clients.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a professional services boardroom environment;
- Effective team management & development including resource management, coaching, setting expectations and encouraging a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance team culture;
- Strong management and organisational skills in overseeing the meeting floor facilities;
- Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and a customer focussed attitude;
- Exceptional Barista skills with experience in high volumes and fast turnarounds;
- Experience with rostering, budgeting, monthly reporting and general experience with expense and invoice management.
