About the role

Working within the Business Services team, you will provide excellent client service and support to ensure the professional image of the firm and your team is maintained. You will be dedicated, proactive and able to undertake and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role you will provide support and assistance within all Business Services areas (which comprise of mail, document production, records management, Business Service Centre (BSC), premises and switchboard) and ensure that the key functions of the group are delivered in a helpful, professional and timely manner.

In this busy and hands-on role, your day will include general administrative and office duties including, but certainly not limited to:

  • Mail distribution
  • Processing all document production requests (copy, scan, finishing etc)
  • Ensuring that all completed jobs are accurate and of high quality
  • Arranging couriers
  • Archiving
  • Maintaining a professional office environment.

What experience are we looking for?

In this role you will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, with an emphasis on providing high quality service in a supportive and dynamic environment.

To succeed you will have high calibre customer service skills. You will also need to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, have a good eye for layout and design and have the ability to collaborate effectively with a cohesive, well managed team.

Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential.
