Business Services Clerk
Permanent part time role 15 hours per week
Working within the Business Services team, you will provide excellent client service and support to ensure the professional image of the firm and your team is maintained. You will be dedicated, proactive and able to undertake and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful applicant will demonstrate high level organisational and time management skills, with an emphasis on providing high quality service in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the role
In this busy hands-on role, your day will include general administrative and office duties including, but not limited to:
Issuing and maintaining access passes
Processing all document production requests (printing, copy, scan, binding etc)
Ensuring that all completed jobs are accurate and of high quality
Maintaining a professional office environment
Assist with meeting room set ups, desk and office moves
A successful candidate will have high calibre customer service skills as well as:
excellent communication and organisational skills meticulous attention to detail
excellent internal/external customer service skills
experience working on Reception or similar
have a good eye for layout and design ability to work independently and in a team environment
the ability to collaborate effectively with a cohesive, well managed team.
a flexible attitude towards duties and hours
willingness to learn
