About the role

We are looking for a Practice Assistant to join our Sydney Tech / IP team that’s part of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.  This role is responsible for providing support to a small team of two Partners and Solicitors by taking the lead on managing client billing for the team (including preparing and completing billing), assisting with project management tasks on larger projects (e.g. WIP reporting),  diary management, preparing reports and drafts of presentations and other documents, organising meetings as well as administrative tasks.   You will have the skills of someone who is responsive, energetic, with a can-do attitude and who has a good understanding of the variety of administrative tasks that will need to be provided.
