Business Services Clerk: Full-time (12 month contract)
Working within the Business Services team, you will provide excellent client service and support to ensure the professional image of the firm and your team is maintained. You will be dedicated, proactive and able to undertake and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, with an emphasis on providing high quality service in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the role:
In this busy and hands-on role, your day will include general administrative and office duties including, but certainly not limited to:
- Mail distribution
- Processing all document production requests (copy, scan, finishing etc.)
- Ensuring that all completed jobs are accurate and of high quality
- Arranging couriers
- Maintaining a professional office environment
- Reception relief
To succeed you will have high calibre customer service skills. You will also need to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, have a good eye for layout and design and have the ability to collaborate effectively with a cohesive, well managed team.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A flexible attitude towards duties and hours
- Willingness to learn
