Position: Chief Operation Officer

Supervise: 20+ (including Business Services, Business Development and IT)

Report to: International Center COO, Shenzhen Office Management team

 

岗位职责

  1. 负责深圳办公室日常运营工作, 为业务部门提供全方位的服务和运营支持:
  • 金杜深圳办公室日常运营工作;
  • 管理行政、IT、市场部门的各项工作;
  • 组织制定营运系统的各项管理制度、工作流程,并贯彻实施;
  • 组织制定各职能部门的年度工作发展规划,监督各项工作计划的执行;
  • 编制运营部门年度预算,与财务部配合每季度检查预算执行情况,及时向管理小组汇报并相应制订调整方案;
  1. 协助组织管理小组会议、合伙人会议;
  2. 组织事务所日常活动、外事活动、培训活动、对外及对内接待任务;
  3. 与北京总部和各个分所协调,配合全所重大会务、项目和相关制度的执行;
  4. 负责与市/区司法局和市律协相关工作的沟通、协调与执行。

     

    Responsibilities:

  1.  In-charge of the day-to-day administration and business operations for the Shenzhen Office
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of King & Wood Mallesons Shenzhen Office;
  • Manage and support Administration and Business Services, Business Development and Marketing and IT teams;
  • Review, implement, streamline and enhance the current operational processes including various management systems and workflow processes;
  • Implement, monitor and execute annual office administrative strategy
  • Prepare and responsible for the annual operational budget and liaise with relevant departments to manage and implement objectives and targets and report back to management team

     

  1.  Facilitate in organizing Management team meetings and Partners’ meetings;

 

  1.  Organize and manage the office, external events, training activities, and support reception tasks (receiving visitors to the office);

 

  1. Together with the national head office in Beijing and other PRC domestic offices, coordinate annual conference, projects and events;

 

  1. Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of matters relating to the Municipal/District Justice Bureau and the Municipal Lawyers Association.

 

岗位需求

 

  1. 人力资源、管理类、法律类专业本科及以上学历(有海外留学背景优先考虑);
  2. 10年以上人事、行政等全面office运营管理经验,有律所、事务所、咨询等服务行业全面office管理经验尤佳;
  3. 具有较强的服务意识;成熟的职业心态及心理抗压能力,较强的团队管理能力;
  4. 具有较强的亲和力、人际沟通和协调能力;
  5. 具有优秀的语言及书面表达能力,能够熟练撰写各类报告;
  6. 英语能作为工作语言,粤语加分。

     

    Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law (overseas academic background preferred);
  2. 10+ years’ experience with managerial experience in office operations, HR management or administration at Law Firm, Professional Firm, Consultancy Firm or other service industries is preferred;
  3. Service oriented, organized, problem solving, attention to detail and team management experience required. Ability to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environment essential
  4. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient in MS office application including ability to produce detailed reports
  6. Fluency in English is required, and Cantonese is a plus
