This role is a new addition to the inhouse recruitment team due to growth, and a renewed strategic focus on the talent of the future.
Reporting to the Sydney based Head of Resourcing, and supporting our pivotal legal Resourcing Consultants, you will primarily be responsible for sourcing applicable legal candidates and also for the ongoing candidate relationship management to ensure if they are not ready to make the move yet, we are their first point of contact when they are! You will also have the opportunity to be involved in some interesting project work – all related to your passion, improving the candidate experience.

- Prior resourcing experience, in-house or agency
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

- High level expertise using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
