About the role
Our Melbourne Banking & Finance team are growing! We are looking for Senior Associates to join our team. Our Partners work across a number of specialisations, including project finance, corporate finance, acquisition & leveraged finance, debt capital markets, securitisation and financial services regulation.
You will be responsible for varied challenging complex legal work which often sets the pace in the market. We bring outstanding teamwork and in-depth knowledge to every transaction and work closely with each other and other colleagues around the firm.

You will have
- excellent analytical, communication and research skills - to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice
- strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability - you will play a key role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with our clients
- team focus - to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships
- enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities - presenting at industry related programs and managing strategic relationships and networks
- first rate experience of drafting documents (including agreements, contracts, deeds, court documents etc).
You will have recognised experience gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team.
